Hi! I’m Kimberly Metz, a graphic designer, marketing professional, and artist based in Allentown, PA.

This portfolio site brings together the three major areas of my creative work: commercial design, fine art, and pysanky. Each discipline is different, but all three draw upon visual thinking skills and an understanding of color, composition, and detail.

Art has been part of my life since I could hold a crayon. My parents fostered my talent through private art lessons and classes at Judith Garber’s art studio during elementary school. Later, during my high school years, I studied drawing, painting, and illustration at the Baum School of Art. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kutztown University, developing a formal foundation in commercial design and advertising.

 

My professional career has centered around design, marketing, communications, and public relations.
