I am a marketing director, graphic designer, and occasional fine artist living and working in Allentown, PA. I am a visual thinker and typography enthusiast.

My parents always encouraged my talent for art, sending me to elementary-level lessons with local art teachers, and later, classes at the Baum School. At Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, I studied graphic design and advertising, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2006. I worked professionally as a graphic designer for 15 years before officially pivoting that career experience in the broader direction of marketing.

The thing about making creative decisions all day at work is that there is precious little energy leftover for personal art projects. The desire to embrace fine art through painting or drawing is always there, close to the surface, but the drive seldom there to support it. On the rare occasions that I sit down and make something by hand, my work is usually flat, quick, and symbolic in nature. I do enjoy working on pysanky eggs seasonally, when the mood hits.

I have grapheme-color synesthesia and ordinal-linguistic personification, which help color my world.
